About AEC
AEC (The Crush Factory) is a Record production Studio that mainly works with organic rock n roll bands in Athens, Ohio. Owner/Engineer Neil Tuuri has played in bands like Amish Electric Chair and Gudger for over 20 years, has degrees in record production and music theory from Ohio University and has taught record production at Hocking College in Nelsonville, Ohio. AEC has been making records nearly 20 years and in the past 5 years has been working exclusively with bands full-time. The studio is on 4 acres about 10 minutes from Ohio University, only an hour from Columbus, 2 hours from Cincinnati, 3 hours from Clevland and has lodging available.
